Our outpatient facility is equipped with intuitive technology to streamline electronic documentation and patient management, ensuring you can focus on providing high-quality care.

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients via a secure video conferencing platform to ensure confidentiality and safety.
• Employ evidence-based therapeutic strategies and techniques to support client progress and therapeutic outcomes.
• Design individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique goals, needs, and identification of areas for growth.
• Facilitate workshops and group therapy sessions aimed at building community support and shared resilience among clients.
• Provide ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to respond to evolving client needs effectively.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights and improve clinical practices.

Your primary focus will be serving first responders and their families, who face unique psychological stresses related to their high-stakes work environments. By understanding their specialized needs, you will play an integral role in promoting mental wellness, helping them navigate challenges such as trauma, stress management, and relationship issues.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Possession of an active California license such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical mental health counseling, preferably with trauma-informed practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
• Strong proficiency in using technology for virtual therapy settings and digital client management.

• Experience working specifically with first responders or high-stress professions is valued.
• Familiarity with community resources and support networks relevant to mental health in emergency services.
• Proficiency in evidence-based counseling modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
