This remote position caters to work within a school setting, allowing practitioners the unique opportunity to influence the lives of students, staff, and families through specialized mental health services. • Deliver comprehensive counseling and psychotherapy tailored to individual client needs, while preparing detailed treatment and discharge plans.
• Utilize interviews, case histories, and observational techniques to gather and analyze client data, identifying underlying issues that may affect mental well-being.
• Formulate appropriate therapeutic strategies or referrals based on thorough evaluation of collected data.
• Document client interactions and treatment details within 24 hours of service delivery, adhering to organizational guidelines and best practices.
• Participate in and complete all mandated training sessions to enhance skills and maintain compliance with ethical standards.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our organization, you will work primarily with clients seeking mental health support in the context of non-traditional therapeutic journeys, including those considering or integrating psychedelic experiences. This role requires empathy, understanding, and a holistic perspective to effectively address the diverse needs of clients encompassing various age groups and backgrounds.

• A valid LCSW designation or an equivalent qualification in social work or related field.
• A Master's degree in Social Work, with additional advanced degrees being a plus.
• Ability to obtain credentialing on insurance panels is essential.
• Malpractice insurance coverage is required.
• Ability to maintain a caseload of at least 10 sessions per week, each consisting of approximately 53 minutes.
• Strong proficiency in utilizing digital Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms.

• Experience in applying mental health counseling methodologies and techniques in a virtual setting.
• Knowledge of clinical social work principles, methods, procedures, and standards.
• Understanding of legal and ethical guidelines regarding patient rights and confidentiality.
• A belief in and commitment to a holistic approach to mental health that includes the use of non-traditional practices, such as breathwork, dreamwork, hypnosis, and psychedelics.
• Technological proficiency in telehealth applications to facilitate effective virtual therapy sessions.

The compensation for this full-time position is competitive, with an annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000, depending on geographic location, work experience, and skill level.
