• Conduct remote therapy sessions on our secure online platform, providing a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their mental health challenges.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, integrating evidence-based practices that align with their goals.
• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
• Maintain accurate and timely client records, documenting therapy session notes and treatment outcomes in alignment with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care that is responsive to client needs.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest trends, tools, and methodologies in mental health counseling.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will provide support to a diverse client base, which includes individuals facing varying mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress-related challenges. • A master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, with acceptable credentials including: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).
• Experience working in a clinical setting providing individual therapy is essential.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for remote therapy sessions, with a comfort level in navigating digital platforms.

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively via virtual mediums.
• A track record of creating and implementing successful treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management is a plus.

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually.
