• Conduct remote therapy sessions utilizing our user-friendly online platform, engaging clients in meaningful discussions about their mental health.
• Assess client needs through thorough intake consultations and empathically identify appropriate therapy techniques and interventions tailored to individual circumstances.
• Formulate personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, focusing on achievable mental health goals, while regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on ongoing evaluations.
• Keep meticulous records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment modifications, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to create a holistic care environment for clients.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to remain updated with best practices in mental health care, including integrating new therapeutic technologies.

Our clientele includes individuals from various backgrounds, facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will cater to a diverse demographic, including adults, adolescents, and families, tailoring your approach to meet unique cultural and situational needs, thereby ensuring that all clients feel seen, heard, and supported on their journey to mental wellness.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required, with a strong preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist in Florida, which may include LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy in a clinical setting.
• Proficient with technology and skilled in conducting sessions via video conferencing platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to build rapport with clients.
• Capability to work independently while also being a cooperative team player.

• Experience utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain and manage client documentation efficiently.
• Prior experience in community health settings is advantageous.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
