As part of our fully remote team, you will experience the advantages of a virtual workspace designed to support both therapists and clients. In your role as an LMFT, you will undertake the following:

• Conduct one-on-one video therapy sessions, utilizing telehealth technologies to engage clients effectively.
• Facilitate discussions that allow clients to explore their feelings and personal experiences, guiding them toward meaningful self-insight.
• Assist clients in articulating their goals and ambitions, acting as both a supporter and a facilitator in their therapeutic journey.
• Assess client mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions that align with clients’ unique needs, utilizing your clinical skills to foster healthy coping mechanisms and emotional resilience.

Your clients will primarily include stable adults seeking assistance in managing mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and stress management. To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) without any provisional or limited licenses.
• A clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to therapy.
• Proficient in digital technology to facilitate remote counseling effectively.
