• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to client needs.
• Perform thorough clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs and challenges of each client.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly updating them based on client progress and feedback.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss client care strategies and share insights.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to enhance your practice.

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including adults and families experiencing a wide array of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely aligned field.
• Possess an active and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic practices with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring effective interaction with clients and team members.
• A strong ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation.
• Proficiency in conducting teletherapy sessions and adjusting therapeutic practices for a virtual environment.

• Salary range between USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
