This position is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver therapy from your own home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. While you will be primarily working independently, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team of mental health professionals through regular meetings and case consultations. • Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing video conferencing software to create a warm and inviting atmosphere conducive to effective therapy.
• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs, integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress consistently, making informed adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to promote their growth and progress toward mental health goals.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records following ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.
• Engage in consultations with other mental health professionals when necessary, fostering a collaborative approach to client care.
• Adhere to professional ethical standards and best practices in delivering mental health services, prioritizing the wellbeing of clients at all times.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Your work will empower clients to navigate their challenges and develop coping strategies that lead to meaningful improvements in their lives. We aim to create a safe and inclusive space for all clients, recognizing and honoring their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is essential for this role.
• An active state licensure as a mental health therapist such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD) is required.
• Demonstrated experience providing individual therapy and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Proficient use of technology to conduct remote sessions, ensuring seamless delivery of services while being attuned to clients’ needs.

• Previously working in a remote setting or utilizing telehealth platforms.
• A track record of utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.
• Strong skills in building rapport with clients and maintaining therapeutic relationships.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
