This position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while maintaining robust communication and support within our multidisciplinary team. As an LMFT at our clinic, you'll engage with various healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care. • Conduct thorough initial assessments and screenings, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to evaluate clients' mental health status and treatment requirements.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to clients' unique circumstances, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that promote open dialogue and personal reflection, and utilize interactive techniques to strengthen group cohesion.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, regularly updating treatment plans based on multidisciplinary feedback.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients’ families and support systems, equipping them with tools and strategies to facilitate healing and promote understanding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and care coordination.

• Must possess a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, enabling effective handling of client workload and administrative responsibilities.

• Exposure to evidence-based treatment modalities and techniques specific to marriage and family therapy.
