  • Evaluate client needs through intake conversations, assessments, and ongoing observation
  • Develop treatment plans that connect directly to the client's concerns and goals
  • Support clients dealing with relationship strain, family conflict, parenting pressure, loss, anxiety, depression, and adjustment concerns
  • Use therapy techniques that fit the client's presentation and scope of care
  • Monitor client progress and make changes to the treatment approach when needed
  • Keep all documentation complete, timely, and aligned with professional standards
  • Protect client information across all virtual communication and recordkeeping
  • Follow proper steps when safety concerns or urgent clinical needs arise

  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, or relationship-focused cases
  • Comfortable building rapport through video-based sessions
  • Knowledge of ethical documentation, confidentiality, risk assessment, and mandated reporting
  • Ability to stay organized while managing a full-time clinical caseload
  • Private workspace and reliable internet connection for remote client care
