Work Environment

As an LMFT at our clinic, you'll engage with various healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide coordinated and comprehensive care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and screenings, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to evaluate clients' mental health status and treatment requirements.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to clients' unique circumstances, incorporating therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that promote open dialogue and personal reflection, and utilize interactive techniques to strengthen group cohesion.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, regularly updating treatment plans based on multidisciplinary feedback.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients’ families and support systems, equipping them with tools and strategies to facilitate healing and promote understanding.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, using electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and care coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits

• Offering a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and relevant certifications.
