Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s situation.
• Implement evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate healing and growth.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans with specific goals and measurable interventions.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure integrated care for your clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, including risk assessments and safety planning.
• Document clinical progress and treatment outcomes in a timely manner, adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enrich clients’ therapeutic journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Each client presents unique challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills necessary for successful client interaction.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
