• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to guide therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to create pre-crisis and crisis plans, positive behavior support plans, and medication treatment plans that respond to client needs.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools, ensuring timely documentation that meets all regulatory standards.
• Engage in the accreditation process and licensing requirements actively, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of compliance regulations.
• Serve as a resource and liaison for clients, collaborating with state agencies and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care.
• Participate in outreach efforts to establish connections with local organizations and promote our mission within the community.
• Take initiative in pursuing personal and professional development through conferences, workshops, and community involvement.
• Assist with agency representation at meetings and task forces related to mental health services.
• Embody and promote the values and philosophy of Compassion Mind Counseling Solutions in all interactions.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director to support departmental goals.

You will be working with a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with emotional distress, substance use disorders, and various developmental and psychological conditions. Your role will involve employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address unique client challenges, enabling them to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall quality of life.

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Possession of an independent LMHC license is mandatory for this position.

• Experience in telehealth counseling is a plus, given our remote work environment.
• Prior experience with diverse client populations and in crisis intervention settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and tools.
