Your work hours will be primarily Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving you the freedom to manage your caseload effectively. Our outpatient office operates using a HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring that all client interactions remain secure and confidential. • Conduct remote psychotherapy sessions with clients via our HIPAA-compliant platform, focusing on individual, couple, and family dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our intuitive electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with Florida licensing regulations.
• Develop and regularly revise personalized treatment plans in alignment with individual client goals and therapeutic needs, adapting approaches as necessary based on client feedback.
• Engage in peer consultation groups, continuing education (CE) opportunities, and internal training sessions to enhance professional development and therapeutic techniques.
• Uphold ethical standards and practice guidelines set forth by the state of Florida and our organizational policies while fostering a supportive and inclusive therapeutic environment.

As an LMFT at Ease Care, your primary focus will include individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will be working with a diverse client base, addressing issues such as communication difficulties, relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, and more. Your role is vital in facilitating emotional healing and resilience, ultimately enhancing clients' quality of life.

• Possess an active LMFT license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in marriage and family therapy is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory; a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related area is preferred.
• You must demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive practice.
• Ability to function autonomously, stay organized, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment is essential.

• Experience working with couples and family systems.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman method, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
• Being bilingual in languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole is a significant advantage and highly valued.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by various benefits.
