• Deliver psychotherapy sessions to clients via our secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, ensuring a safe and supportive virtual environment.
• Utilize our user-friendly electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain precise and timely clinical documentation, including session notes and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive treatment plans that align with individual goals, adjusting as necessary to ensure ongoing progress.
• Adhere to ethical standards and legislative regulations governing LMFT practice in Florida, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, such as peer consultation groups, continuing education workshops, and internal training sessions to enhance clinical competencies.

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele across Florida, comprising individuals, couples, and families struggling with a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Your focus will include relationship dynamics, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and trauma recovery. Our goal is to empower clients through evidence-based therapeutic techniques, fostering growth and resilience in a non-judgmental environment.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Florida.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with couples and family systems.
• Strong understanding of culturally responsive and trauma-informed approaches to therapy.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
• Fluency in additional languages, including Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole, is highly desirable and will be regarded as a significant asset.
• Prior involvement in developing treatment plans and conducting clinical assessments.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, professional development opportunities, and additional incentives for meeting performance benchmarks.
