Key Responsibilities

As an LMFT at Family Centered Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting initial assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
  • Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, and conducting individual therapy sessions as needed.
  • Providing specialized interventions for issues such as alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment to separation or divorce.
  • Employing evidence-based practices and methodologies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of sessions in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve helping diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will address complex dynamics within families, helping to mend relationships and improve communication. Special attention will be given to blended families and those navigating significant life changes or stressors.

Qualifications
