• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health to identify issues and goals.
• Formulate and implement tailored treatment plans based on the assessment outcomes and client consultations.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns to individuals of all ages.
• Lead couples therapy sessions, facilitating improved communication and conflict resolution strategies to strengthen relationships.
• Review and revise treatment plans regularly to align with clients’ progress and evolving needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring timely and efficient record-keeping.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, engaging with healthcare professionals when necessary to ensure holistic client care.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, ensuring they receive immediate and effective support.
• Stay abreast of the latest research, methods, and trends in marriage and family therapy to ensure cutting-edge practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to hone your skills and knowledge.
• Advocate for clients' rights and well-being, empowering them in making informed decisions regarding their treatment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in delivering therapy services through remote platforms.
• Ensure a secure and confidential virtual therapy environment for all clients.

Our therapists work with diverse client populations, including teens dealing with anxiety and depression, adults facing relationship challenges or mental health disorders, and couples striving to enhance their connections. By tailoring treatments that meet each client's unique needs, therapists contribute significantly to improved mental health outcomes and the overall well-being of the communities we serve.

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in accordance with Florida state regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy.
• Proficiency in conducting timely and thorough client assessments and progress documentation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to navigate electronic health record systems effectively.

• Experience serving a diverse client base, particularly children, adolescents, and adults.
• Familiarity with best practices in teletherapy and the necessary technologies to facilitate effective sessions.
• A background in crisis intervention and management.
• Involvement in community outreach initiatives or workshops.
