• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being through virtual platforms.
• Develop personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring each plan reflects their unique needs and goals.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions for clients of diverse backgrounds and age groups, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address a range of mental health concerns.
• Lead couples therapy sessions geared towards enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and building stronger relationships between partners.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans to reflect clients' progress and adapt to their changing needs.
• Maintain accurate client documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories, ensuring compliance with ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy.
• Advocate for clients' rights, empowering them to make informed decisions and providing resources to access additional services as needed.

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including teens navigating adolescence, adults facing life transitions, and couples seeking to strengthen their relationships. You will work primarily with clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and developmental challenges. Our goal is to provide compassionate care that recognizes the unique circumstances and cultural backgrounds of each client.

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is required.
• Strong ability to perform detailed client assessments and develop appropriate treatment strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with clients and articulating treatment goals effectively.

• Demonstrable experience providing therapy to individuals and couples, particularly those in crisis or with complex needs.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and ability to complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Experience working with children, teens, and families is highly valued.

The compensation range for this role is between USD 90,000 and 105,000 per year, reflecting your qualifications and experience.
