This position is remote eligible for up to 40% of the time, once training is completed.  Hours are typically Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.  Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.

Pay and Incentive Plan:

Starting Salary:  $114,000  Pay Range: $100,921 - $127,228

Purpose:

Reporting to the Manager, Marketing Operations, the Marketing Technology Manager oversees the design, optimization, integration, and management of our digital marketing technology ecosystem. This individual will act as a trusted advisor and consultant to multiple teams throughout the organization to help them leverage technology in order to streamline operations and focus on growth. They will also bring strategic vision and hands-on leadership to our Marketing Technology discipline, turning customer needs into solutions that are integrated, scalable, and adopted cross functionally.

Accountabilities:

Marketing Technology: Platform Stewardship

  • Own and evolve the Marketing Automation ecosystem to ensure platforms are fully integrated, scalable, and continuously aligned to business needs
  • Proactively research potential solutions and build compelling business cases for new system acquisitions or technology enhancements
  • Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all marketing technology, providing guidance, troubleshooting and best practices to users
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and platform performance
  • Tracks AI developments relevant to Marketing operations and proactively surfaces opportunities to the team

Marketing Data Governance & Quality

  • Establish and enforce governance policies for marketing data to ensure its accuracy, consistency and overall quality across all tools and technologies
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure high-quality data inputs, seamless data flow and effective data management practices across the organization
  • Develop and maintain a QA process for all automated workflows and campaigns before launch, including data validation, personalization logic, and compliance checks

Marketing Performance Optimization

  • Translate marketing strategies into workflows, dynamic content rules, segmentation logic and triggered journeys
  • Build and implement experiments and present data-driven recommendations that improve current marketing and business practices in order to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and campaign attribution across channels using tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

Professional Development

  • Stay current on emerging marketing technologies, automation best practices, and personalization tools
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to increase platform adoption and campaign effectiveness for Marketing department and the organization overall
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, marketing operations, business administration, digital marketing, or communications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing platforms, including automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Experience applying AI tools to Marketing operations or Martech work – content development, data analysis, automation, and/or workflow efficiency
  • Experience managing personalization technologies.
  • Strong understanding of analytics, data reporting, and performance tracking across Martech solutions.
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing messaging strategies that drive business growth via Marketing Automation systems

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing personalization technologies
  • Financial industry experience preferred, but not required
  • Certification from/in a marketing automation system or CRM system
