Typical duties include selecting the computer systems to be used and overseeing installation and implementation. You also manage the troubleshooting of hardware and software. This career requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Additional qualifications include communication skills and management experience.

| Work Environment | Leadership roles in tech departments, strategic planning | Project teams, deadlines, and deliverables management |
| Industry Usage | Common in tech companies, large organizations | Common across various industries for project execution |
