JOB SUMMARY

Our Product Returns Warehouse Associate receives and verifies that all driver-returned products are handled accordingly and clears the dock. Ensures product condition meets acceptable government and company requirements. The work takes place in a warehouse environment with different temperature environments, as well as in cooler and freezer areas where temperatures may range from 40 degrees down to -5 degrees.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Upon verification of returned product reason codes, product will be prepared for re-slotting; include verifying package integrity, temperature guidelines and manufacturer requirements
  • Position will be required to return all product to the appropriate slot and verify slot accuracy
  • Setup and staging dock area for daily driver returns
  • Recreate manufacturer packaging, if required.  
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

QUALIFICATIONS
 

Education/Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
 

Related Experience/Requirements:
A minimum of 3 months previous warehousing experience required; previous comparable warehouse experience preferred.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is $16.50/hr.
