Role: Technology Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA or Cincinnati, OH

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and develop network architecture, design solutions, and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead solution design, implementation, and execution activities.
  • Collaborate with customer IT teams to ensure network and security solutions meet organizational requirements.
  • Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, and security technologies.
  • Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure stability and optimization.
  • Manage network projects from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Interface with vendors for evaluation, implementation, and support of network infrastructure.
  • Resolve complex technical issues, escalations, and network outages.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.
