Job Title: WMS Technology Manager

Responsibilities:

Technology Leadership

  • Own the technology roadmap for Warehouse Management Systems and associated supply chain platforms.
  • Drive modernization initiatives across legacy and cloud-native environments.
  • Define and govern architecture, scalability, performance, and operational standards.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI opportunities, and automation initiatives within supply chain operations.
  • Oversee release planning, deployment readiness, and production support activities.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure platform availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Establish KPIs and SLAs for critical warehouse applications.
  • Lead incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with SRE, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams to improve operational maturity.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor technology managers, architects, engineers, and offshore delivery teams.
  • Develop succession plans and build organizational capability.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic updates, risk assessments, and investment recommendations.
