Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Engineering Lead to support our customer based in Chantilly, VA. The Engineering Lead is responsible for the effective and efficient envisioning, integrating, configuring/tuning, and sustainment for the software and supporting processes essential to ensuring the required visibility into the End to End (E2E) performance of the COMM supported infrastructure. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Science, Technology, Engineer, and Mathematics (STEM)).
* 3+ years of recent and relevant commercial service provider and/or Government service provider experience in the design, development, integration, configuration, and O&M ServiceNow automation (operational and business support systems) consistent with the customer's development and maintenance requirements. Desired Qualifications: * Advanced degree and other relevant certifications. Clearance Required: * Must hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph Physical Requirements: * Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
* Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
* Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
