Job description

Brighter Future Cares (BFC) is seeking motivated and purpose-driven individuals to join our Education Intern & Residency Program, a hands-on leadership and workforce development experience designed for young adults interested in education, nonprofit leadership, and community impact.

This is not a traditional internship.

Participants gain real responsibility, leadership experience, and the opportunity to grow into long-term roles within the organization.

About the Program

This 6-month internship and residency program provides:

  • Hands-on experience within active youth programs
  • Leadership development and mentorship
  • Exposure to education, program management, and nonprofit operations
  • Real-world experience in building and sustaining programs

Participants are placed into roles aligned with their interests and strengths and contribute directly to programs serving youth and families.
