What We're Looking For:

The Zebra Information Technology Development Program (ITDP) is a three-year (graduate) program that builds versatile technology leaders by providing cross-functional experience through three one-year rotations in multiple areas of the Information Technology & Security organizations. Rotation opportunities may include areas such as IT Enterprise Solutions, Infrastructure, PMO/QA, Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Data & Analytics, Security Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance and Data Protection. The program will also offer extensive leadership and technical training opportunities.
Please note: This position is expected to start in August 2026.
  • Gain knowledge, insight, and understanding of business concepts, tools, and processes; learn to apply this knowledge appropriately in diverse situations
  • Must be flexible to specific rotation job requirements and be able to navigate a changing work environment
  • Execute technical deliverables as defined in each rotation job description.
  • Support key IT Projects from various perspectives throughout the program
  • Play an active role in the IT Development Program activities including various types of training, program event coordination, team meetings, leadership updates, and mentorship program
  • Visibility and interaction with senior Information Technology leaders.
  • Accountable for developing your leadership and management skillsthrough on-the-job experience and additional training opportunities that are available

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE LOCATED IN EITHER LINCOLNSHIRE, IL, HOLTSVILLE, NY OR KENNESAW, GA. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE WEEKLY.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Security, Information Systems or a related technical field
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced environment in order to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrates technical expertise across multiple technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical problems in clear and simple terms

Pay Range:

$61,040.00 - $91,560.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation:

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
