Job description

The Position: We are seeking an IT Associate to support both our Information Technology and Software Development teams. This role offers hands-on experience across help desk support, infrastructure, and software development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Provide day-to-day help desk support to end users

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist with the setup, deployment, and maintenance of computers and other technology devices

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support IT security updates and planning initiatives

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist in maintaining Microsoft SQL Server environments

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Collaborate with the Software Development and Quality Assurance teams on software testing and deployment

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support software training efforts for internal users

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Assist in the development of internal WinForms applications using Visual Studio and SQL Server

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (shared among team members)

Qualifications:

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  High school diploma or equivalent

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities and/or work experience

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Basic knowledge of Windows and Windows Server operating systems

ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Transact-SQL a plus
