Position Summary

Velecor is seeking an experienced Senior MSP Engineer to join our Managed Services team. This position serves as a senior technical resource responsible for advanced troubleshooting, project implementation, client support, and technology consulting. The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting Microsoft-based environments, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, and business technology solutions.

This role works closely with clients and internal teams to ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations while contributing to project delivery and ongoing service improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Technical Support

  • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation resource for complex technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve advanced server, workstation, networking, and cloud-related incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Support and mentor junior technicians and engineers.
  • Participate in on-call escalation rotations as needed.

Client Support & Consulting

  • Develop strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Provide technical recommendations that align with client business goals.
  • Assist with technology reviews and planning discussions.
