Job Summary:
PSI (Proteam Solutions) is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support the security, monitoring, and protection of enterprise information systems. This onsite role focuses on incident response, vulnerability management, audit support, and deployment of cybersecurity controls across network and system environments.
Responsibilities:
• Support documentation, validation, and authorization processes for existing and new IT systems.
• Identify, investigate, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
• Document system vulnerabilities and assist with remediation activities.
• Monitor and analyze alerts from SIEM, IDS, endpoint protection, firewalls, and network logs.
• Assist with IT security audits and maintenance of audit documentation.
• Review digital evidence to support incident investigations and mitigation efforts.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 1+ year of experience in cybersecurity or IT security (or equivalent education).
• General understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and security methodologies.
• Ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH.
Preferred:
• 2–3+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with SIEM, IDS, endpoint protection, or firewall technologies.
• Associate of (ISC)² certification or higher.
• Experience working in public-sector or regulated environments.
