Join our team as a Technical Writer supporting a high visibility program where your communication expertise will directly enhance program performance and customer delivery. In this role, you will work on the development, organization, and quality assurance of critical program documentation, newsletters, processes, and communication products. You'll collaborate closely with program leadership, functional teams, and technical specialists to ensure all deliverables are clear, accurate, and aligned with established standards. This position is ideal for a detail oriented communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys transforming complex information into polished, professional content that supports mission success.
What You'll Get to Do:
• Organizes, writes, edits, and produces Program documentation, newsletters, processes, and presentations
• Conducts quality reviews of key client deliverables, including Technical Design Packages, PMRs, Award Fee items, and Governance presentations., and other miscellaneous documents as requested
• Create HelpNow Communications content to support major capability releases and platform upgrades, coordinating with multiple teams (PMO, trainers), sites and Government POCs.
• Supports the review of internal memos to the Program and CACI leadership
• Develops the monthly newsletter and coordinates with functional leaders to capture content
• Develops and refines standard operating procedures for both internal and customer facing activities. Works with functional managers to derive content and create process flow diagrams.
• Be able to understand, define and present potential procedure conflicts to output or inputs from other procedures
• Helps develop and maintain project standards regarding style, and terminology
• Coordinates the quality-control activities required to ensure the accuracy and adequacy of each document, including in-process and final reviews, editing for compliance with all applicable set program standards
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of Tech Writing experience
• An Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or Information Technology or equivalent years of experience
• Ability to communicate information in a clear and concise manner with all members of management regarding work in progress and any potential problems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously
• Ability to foresee problems and make decisions to avoid conflicts in work requests
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a minimum of five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the performance of duties as described
• Extensive knowledge of English grammar with a familiarity with a standard style guide
• Extensive knowledge of MS Word, and PowerPoint and the desire to learn SharePoint

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
