Utilizing Training Within Industry (TWI) methodologies, adult learning principles, and industry-leading workforce development practices, the Technical Trainer systematically breaks down complex technical tasks into teachable, repeatable, and sustainable standards.
  • Acting as a catalyst for technical excellence, this role is responsible for continuously evaluating, refining, and modernizing the organization's technical training systems. The Technical Trainer serves not only as a subject matter expert but also as a trusted coach who develops employee capability, confidence, and career progression. Success in this role requires the ability to build relationships, connect with learners at all levels, and create an engaging learning environment that promotes both technical competency and professional growth.
