Title: Technical Analyst - Clinical Support

Location: Remote

Experience : 10+ Years

As a Technical Analyst – Clinical Support you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

  • Support and troubleshoot third-party clinical applications

·       Manage application configuration, upgrades, patches, and maintenance

·       Support integrations using HL7/FHIR

·       Troubleshoot interface and data flow issues

·       Support user access, security roles, and permissions

·       Coordinate with infrastructure, interface, and vendor teams

·       Support testing, incident management, and documentation

Educational Qualifications:

  • Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

·       Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
