Job description

Duties / Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and oversee end-to-end program management for company-wide fiber audit, asbuilt, and working documentation efforts.
  2. Maintains project updates, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation associated with he deployment of a new design system.
  3. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to include engineering, construction, operations, and sales to align activities and drive program execution.
  4. Data entry into IQGEO Network manager as needed.
  5. Manages project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency plans as needed to ensure program success.
  6. Continually remains engaged with industry trends and technologies to ensure optimized processes and resources for Hotwire.
  7. Lead change management initiatives, managing stakeholder expectations and addressing resistance to change to drive adoption and successful project outcomes.
  8. Demonstrates a level of transparency on process and status relative to ongoing workstreams.
  9. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience.
  • 5 years of program management experience.
  • PMP or PMI-ACP certification is preferred.
  • Experience generating reports and analyzing data to make recommendations.
  • Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook) and other research and data analysis programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills (including public speaking) in English.
  • Must feel comfortable presenting to an audience.
  • Required to work independently with minimal supervision.
