Program Manager, AI Enablement

Hybrid Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL preferred (King of Prussia, PA and Davidson, NC also considered)

Contract to Hire

Insure Technology is leading a confidential search for a Program Manager, AI Enablement on behalf of a global organization investing heavily in AI transformation across its internal business operations.

This is not a product development role. This person will help the business operationalize Artificial Intelligence internally by identifying high-impact opportunities, driving adoption, enabling teams, and helping leaders build measurable business cases tied to efficiency, effectiveness, and workflow improvement.

The organization has an established AI Center of Excellence focused on product innovation. The next phase is unlocking internal business value across functions such as Professional Services and Customer Support.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with business leaders to understand operational workflows and identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, effectiveness, scalability, and employee enablement
  • Help departments translate AI ideas into actionable business cases with measurable value and ROI
  • Lead enterprise AI enablement initiatives focused on adoption, governance, change management, metrics, and compliance
  • Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to guide execution and prioritization
  • Enable leaders and teams to better understand what AI can realistically accomplish within their organizations
  • Drive internal adoption of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, AI agents, and other emerging AI technologies
  • Remain tool-agnostic and focused on outcomes rather than tied to a single platform
  • Support the development and scaling of internal AI programs and frameworks across the enterprise
  • Establish governance standards, success metrics, and operational best practices for AI usage

What You Bring

  • Experience leading AI enablement or AI transformation initiatives inside an enterprise organization
  • Strong program management background with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Ability to challenge business leaders to think critically about value creation, prioritization, and ROI
  • Experience driving adoption, change management, governance, and stakeholder alignment around AI initiatives
  • Technical aptitude to guide conversations with engineering and AI teams, (you will not build models directly)
  • Understanding of AI workflow optimization, automation, copilots, AI agents, and enterprise productivity tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and/or AI agent platforms is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and executive-facing presentation skills

Ideal Background

  • 1+ years actively helping organizations implement and operationalize AI internally
  • Strong Technical Program Management experience
  • Experience demonstrating measurable business impact from AI initiatives
  • Background working closely with Professional Services, Support, Operations, or other business functions where workflow optimization is critical
  • Ability to articulate both the strategic vision and practical execution required for enterprise AI adoption

Why This Role is Interesting

This is a high-visibility opportunity to help shape how a global organization leverages AI internally at scale. The company already has executive buy-in and technical investment in place. Now they need someone who can connect strategy, operations, adoption, and measurable business value across the enterprise.
