About the Opportunity:
The Sr Technical Program Manager leads the successful execution of multiple technical programs from kickoff through completion. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering teams, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative products and services on time, within budget, and in alignment with contract requirements. If you excel at driving complex projects, building strong partnerships, and solving challenging problems, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while supporting business growth through program execution and proposal efforts.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs, ensuring contract requirements, cost, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact, managing program communications, contract execution, and resolving contractual or project-related issues with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage program budgets, schedules, risks, and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions and providing regular status updates to senior leadership.
  • Support business growth by participating in bid and proposal efforts, collaborating with Business Development to pursue new opportunities, and contributing to contract negotiations.
  • Partner with Engineering, Contracts, and other internal teams to coordinate program activities, manage changes, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks throughout the project lifecycle while conducting schedule and cost variance analysis to drive successful program outcomes.
  • Represent the organization at customer meetings, program reviews, and other key events, fostering strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

  • 7+ years of experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting; experience with metrics for assessing and reporting program progress, productivity and variance analysis
