What you'll be doing...

  • Lead and manage IT programs within NIH to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Oversee enterprise ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and operations to optimize performance and ensure compliance with NIH standards.

  • Collaborate with NIH stakeholders to identify requirements, manage expectations, and deliver mission-critical solutions.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful program delivery.

  • Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices for service delivery and management, driving continuous improvement in IT operations.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.

  • Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Prepare and deliver program reports, presentations, and updates to NIH leadership and stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and standards applicable to NIH IT programs.

Must Have...

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.

  • 10+ years of proven experience managing enterprise ServiceNow environments, including implementation, customization, and operations.

  • Demonstrated experience managing IT engagements within HHS/NIH environments, with a deep understanding of NIH processes, policies, and mission.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven ability to manage large-scale IT programs, including budget management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

  • Expertise in IT service delivery, process improvement, and performance optimization.

  • Existing Public Trust Clearance or Ability to Obtain an NIH Badge.
