Overview
The Mastercard Decision Management Platform team in Dublin have an exciting opportunity to hire a Lead Technical Program Manager with scrum experience to drive our platform strategy forward.

Role
• Responsible for planning, monitoring, executing and implementing the programs release strategy
• Assist in developing long-range plans and strategies to achieve business growth
• Provide technical and advisory support for staff to ensure the implementation of applications/infrastructure
• Ensure a successful delivery, which will include: Planning release lifecycle, Version control management, Build and Development control management, Change management, Risk Management
• Provide leadership and oversight on multiple projects of a complex nature
• Provide timely, efficient communication on documented progress to stakeholders
• Responsible for planning, developing, and executing schedules to ensure timely completion of project deadlines and milestones
• Responsible for overall relationship and deliverables across all projects
• Assists in leading complex initiatives of strategic importance (e.g. cross functional/cross geographies)
All About You
• Advanced knowledge of project management or software releases
• Experience in a scrum master role.
• Familiarity with software development, technical terms and general concepts (especially experience with UX, API's & Microservices )
• Strong business acumen, with knowledge of MasterCard or the payments industry preferred
• Advanced listening, oral, written, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills required with a solid track record for developing internal and external relationship
• Demonstrate a high level of initiative and accountability
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Experience with Confluence, Rally or JIRA, Microsoft Project & Excel
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
• SAFe 4/5 certification is a plus

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
