Impacts the achievement of project objectives.* Work with project team to identify project risks and create mitigation plans. Leads others to solve complex problems.* Raise potential issues to Project Team Leader and Team for resolution.* Develop and implement Integrated Development Plan to support the approve Project Strategy.* Ensure alignment of functional goals with relevant Project Team Goals. Includes relevant PT goals in individual goals.* Perform other duties as assigned.The minimum qualifications for this role are:* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 7-10 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. A Master's degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of pharmaceutical development experience preferred. PMP certification a plus but not required.* Must possess knowledge of pharmaceutical development programs including basic understanding of clinical and cmc development, commercial principles and health authority requirements.* Must possess Project Management skills such as development of timelines, identification of critical path, budget management, pharmaceutical risk analysis and mitigation, strong communication skills, driver of team activity required.* Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence. Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts. Ability to present to groups across the organization.* Position functions semi-autonomously.* Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
