Our client seeks a seasoned IT Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives supporting credit and fraud operations within the Ordering Back Office. The role will align multi-project delivery to strategic goals, establish governance, and drive coordinated outcomes across interdependent workstreams. The Program Manager will oversee roadmap definition, risk and budget management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of cost, performance, and schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects.
  • Align project and program delivery with broader strategic initiatives and goals.
  • Establish and enforce governance controls across projects and programs.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor schedules from inception through delivery.
  • Define and report program roadmap, status, development issues, and success metrics.
  • Identify, assess, and monitor program and project risks with mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate project interdependencies and sequence work for optimal delivery.
  • Manage and allocate resources across projects to meet program objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cost, performance, and schedule.
  • Build, manage, and track program and project budgets.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, expectations, and satisfaction.
  • Maintain awareness of trends, business conditions, and internal practices that impact projects or the overall program.

Experience Requirements:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience managing complex or enterprise-wide IT programs with multiple interdependent projects.
  • Proven ability to align delivery to strategic objectives and implement governance controls.
  • Demonstrated expertise in schedule management, status reporting, metrics, and risk management.
  • Experience coordinating resources across projects and optimizing delivery sequences.
  • Track record of budget development, management, and financial oversight.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
