About the Role
Mastercard Revenue Operations & Enablement, part of Revenue Accounting Services in GBSC, is seeking a skilled Program Manager II involves coordinating various functions of Operational Excellence, the Program Manager II will ensure smooth and efficient business processes, manage relationships and stakeholders, develop and implement strategies to enhance operational performance. This role requires a strong understanding of business analysis, project management, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
In partnership with program management leads, drive the planning, execution, and delivery of implementation of operational projects for revenue systems and solutions with your assigned team(s) with little assistance.
Support the end-to-end delivery of program work by reporting out progress, ensuring dependencies are covered, overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a successful delivery.
Organize and perform intake analysis and tasks across cross functional teams, aligning the focus and priorities to ensure alignment with the Revenue Operational & Enablement's published Best Practices and SOPs.
Contribute to meaningful retrospectives with your team(s) to find, recommend, and implement improvements for the team to improve efficiency of operational processes.
Identify and look for ways to mitigate project risks, streamline, and/or eliminate excess processes within the team(s) you work with, as well as cross functional teams.
Collaborate with leadership to scope efforts, set priorities and establish delivery milestones.
Monitor & control implementation tasks and sequencing by working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
Identify blocking issues and manage their resolution, including managing dependencies across other teams or programs.
Facilitating effective communication and collaboration from and to the team(s) and among stakeholders, may be the first point of contact for the team.
Conduct meetings efficiently by organizing schedules, preparing agendas, recording meeting minutes, and ensuring completion of follow-up tasks.
Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, actions, risks, and mitigations to both the team as well as leadership.

Proven experience in program or project management, operations assurance, or a related field.
Understanding industry standards and best practices in operational assurance.
Effective and structured oversight skills.

Analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Strategic thinker with ability to derive and translate data analytics to meet business goals.

Must be able to work independently in developing and mapping out solutions.
Experience operating in an agile delivery and waterfall model(s), including but not limited to project plans, releases, managing dependencies, roadmaps, and backlog prioritization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Tools.
Understanding of risk management disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.
Experience in the financial services or technology industry.
Experience with ALM, Jira, Access, or other comparable business intelligence and lifecycle management tools a plus.

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
