Job Description:
Technical Program Manager for a large complex transformation program in Wealth Management. Responsibilities include:
a. Create, Maintain, and Update the program plan for the product releases
b. Coordinate with the product, experience design, and technology terms to tract the status of program
c. Status reporting-Weekly at the program level, monthly at the executive level, and executive check-in report
d. Manage the budgets; forecasts and actuals
e. Collaborate with offshore and other vendors
f. Effective Risk and Issue Management through on time identification, tracking, and mitigating through solutions/ discussions
Description g. Support to PMO for ongoing requests be in status/ financial questions
h. Coordination with enterprise groups to ensure the releases stay on track
i. Active management of blockers
Need to have (Must)
a) Minimum 12 plus yrs of IT Experience
b) Experience in Wealth Management Services
c) Prior experience in managing large scale technology projects
d) Prior experience of executing cloud transformation engagements
e) Strong Program management skills
f) Agile projects experience
g) Analytical skills, decision making and collaboration with various stakeholders
