Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and drive end-to-end delivery across global teams.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business objectives into actionable engineering roadmaps, ensuring seamless execution from planning through release.
  • The role involves defining program strategies, managing roadmaps, and establishing strong operating rhythms (OKRs, QBRs) to align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, QA, and Business functions.
  • The TPM will oversee Agile program execution using tools like Jira, track progress through data-driven dashboards, and ensure visibility into delivery metrics.
  • Key responsibilities include driving end-to-end SDLC execution, including BAT, UAT, and release management, while proactively managing risks, dependencies, and escalations.
  • The candidate will lead war room operations, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • The TPM will also focus on continuous process improvement, leveraging AI-driven insights and automation to enhance efficiency, optimize engineering velocity, and reduce operational overhead.
  • Strong collaboration skills are essential to work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment on technical and business priorities.
  • The role requires hands-on expertise in tools and technologies such as Jira, CI/CD, SQL, and experience working with enterprise platforms like SAP, along with strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $173,800 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
