A Technical Program Manager Scrum Master often juggles both guiding Agile teams through ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while also identifying and managing dependencies across multiple teams or departments. AI is not replacing the role of a Scrum Master, but it can assist with tasks such as tracking progress, managing backlogs, and providing data analysis. The Scrum Master’s responsibilities for facilitating team collaboration, coaching, and removing impediments require human judgment and interpersonal skills that AI cannot replicate. Therefore, AI tools are seen as complementary rather than replacements in Agile environments.
