Job Description
DDN is seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive execution across product and engineering initiatives. This role partners closely with Product Management and Engineering leadership to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex, multi-team programs that support DDN's product roadmap and technical strategy. The ideal candidate brings strong program discipline, deep technical fluency, and the ability to align teams around priorities, milestones, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional programs across product management, engineering, and supporting teams
  • Drive end-to-end customer POC program management within the ensuring alignment with product management, engineering, support, and account teams
  • Build and manage integrated schedules, working backwards from product launch and delivery targets
  • Drive accountability across teams, ensuring commitments, dependencies, and deliverables are met
  • Identify risks, technical dependencies, and resource constraints early and drive mitigation plans
  • Ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and tradeoffs across product and engineering leadership
  • Provide clear, concise program status through dashboards and executive-level summaries
  • Continuously improve program management processes, tooling, and operational rigor
Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in program management, technical program management, or equivalent leadership roles
  • Proven experience partnering with product management and engineering teams on complex product development initiatives
  • Strong understanding of software engineering practices, development lifecycles, and system delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies
  • Expertise in schedule management, risk management, and driving execution discipline
  • Experience with program and project tracking tools such as Jira and similar platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior technical and business stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
Location - Bay Area/RTP; occasional travel or in-person meetings may be required.
Salary Range: $145,000 - $220,000
