  • Build business cases, define success metrics, and ensure initiatives deliver tangible outcomes.

  • Strategic Account planning and proactive opportunity identification
  • Campaign effectiveness and ROI optimization
  • Forecasting and demand signal improvement
  • Ensure AI insights are actionable and embedded into daily workflows.

Insight Generation & Decision Support

  • Partner with IT, Legal, and Compliance to ensure responsible and secure AI usage.
  • Promote practical, AI solutions that build trust and further innovation.

Primary Objectives:

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Identify and deploy AI-enabled capabilities that improve sales effectiveness, customer targeting, forecasting, and marketing performance.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate data or analytics into business decisions
  • Strong data fluency: comfortable interrogating data sources, assessing data quality, and translating between commercial questions and analytical answers (does not require hands-on coding or modeling)
  • Comfort influencing senior leaders and driving execution across teams
  • Business first mindset with accountability for outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive decisions in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong organizational and execution discipline, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on business impact.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct commercial experience (Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Commercial Operations, or Market Strategy)
  • Experience in B2B manufacturing, agriculture, or distribution-based business models
  • Direct experience deploying at least one AI or advanced analytics solution into a commercial or operational workflow, with measurable adoption and business outcomes
