About the job

The Revenue Enablement team is looking for a Revenue Enablement Specialist - Program Manager to design, build, and lead a global sales execution enablement program that drives consistent, high-quality customer engagements and improved sales outcomes. This role focuses on enabling execution beyond prospecting by establishing global standards for how selling is executed, coached, and reinforced from discovery through deal close. This role will help establish a scalable, consistent approach to sales execution globally. They will directly support sales leadership KPIs tied to opportunity management, deal progression, and revenue outcomes. They will also advance modern, AI-enabled enablement practices aligned to buyer behavior and selling motion maturity and provide clear ownership and accountability for execution-focused enablement beyond training and onboarding.

As a Revenue Enablement Specialist - Program Manager you will:

  • Design and execute a global sales execution enablement program aligned to opportunity management and deal progression.
  • Translate sales leadership priorities and KPIs into scalable, adoption-focused enablement strategies.
  • Identify and quantify sales skill gaps through a structured, data-informed approach that integrates quantitative performance metrics with qualitative field insights. Collaborate with sales leadership to assess performance needs and translate gaps into prioritized enablement strategies that improve sales effectiveness and performance.
  • Develop role-based enablement experiences aligned to the buyer journey and modern selling practices, designed to drive adoption, behavior change, and improved sales effectiveness. Programs are progressive and engaging, reinforcing proven sales guidance through scalable enablement resources including platform-based sales guidance, tool training, asset creation, learning journeys, peer exchanges, communities, and advisory boards to support continuous improvement and global consistency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with readiness, marketing, product, services, and HR teams to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools, technology platforms, and sales enablement solutions to enhance effectiveness and scalability.
  • Measure, monitor, and continuously improve program outcomes using defined success metrics and feedback loops.
  • Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organization's secure software development goals.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales management, or sales/revenue enablement.
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering scalable enablement programs that drive behavior change.
  • Proven project management experience across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
