After a decade of helping customers drive adoption across their full tech stacks, WalkMe is uniquely positioned to serve a critical orchestration role in AI transformation for organizations around the world. You’ll be at the forefront of bringing new agentic products to market that connect applications together to perform activities they couldn’t possibly perform on their own. You will partner with our product and R&D teams to influence our product strategy and launch new capabilities that will unlock new levels of human productivity. You will also work with global GTM teams in Sales and Customer Success to help them position WalkMe’s AI solutions for lasting success.

Translate product functionality and technical details into user benefits and value — both for individual AI capabilities and their role in WalkMe’s overall platform narrative.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build partner ecosystem strategies and lead product launches for WalkMe’s holistic AI portfolio by coordinating efforts across GTM and R&D teams.

  • Product Analysis: Continuously assess product-line health and monitor commercial success metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
  • Product Evangelism: Serve as the subject matter expert representing WalkMe with analysts, partners, customers, and industry events.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 8+ years of proven B2B SaaS marketing experience with 3+ years in a product marketing role. We are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on generative/agentic AI experience.
  • Broad market research and analytical skills to inform and validate product strategy, scoping, positioning, and messaging.

  • Experience tailoring product packaging and positioning into solutions for various industry, segment, and functional audiences.
