Our Operations team provides mission-critical support to our sales, customer success, and marketing teams. The Technical Program Manager (TPM) will own and drive the execution of core business system initiatives, applying program management rigor-such as comprehensive requirements gathering, roadmap planning, timeline tracking, and stakeholder communication-to bridge the gap between complex business needs and technical systems architecture. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for an analytical problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and can lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery.

Responsibilities:

ย ย ย ย ย  Program Leadership: Partner closely with cross-functional business stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Engineering) to scope strategic initiatives and author technical requirements, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and detailed user stories.

ย ย ย ย ย  Execution & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, technical projects by establishing project milestones, managing dependencies, proactively mitigating risks, and clearing blockers to ensure predictable, timely delivery.

ย ย ย ย ย  Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate regular syncs, communication channels, and status updates across technical and non-technical teams to maintain total alignment on system improvements and the overarching operational roadmap.

ย ย ย ย ย  System Optimization: Continuous evaluation of core systems to identify opportunities to maximize application capabilities, scale technical workflows, and improve productivity.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

ย ย ย ย ย  Experience: 5-7 years of experience managing technical programs, complex software projects, or enterprise systems implementations.

ย ย ย ย ย  Proven track record of translating ambiguous business requests into structured, execution-ready technical documentation, such as system process maps and PRDs.

ย ย ย ย ย  Proficient in utilizing project management and issue-tracking platforms (e.g., JIRA) to drive engineering workflows and sprint cycles.

ย ย ย ย ย  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to listen intently, influence stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts.

ย ย ย ย ย  Strong ability to multitask, prioritize competing high-impact initiatives, and manage time effectively within a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

ย ย ย ย ย  A dedicated team player who excels at building consensus and driving collaboration across distinct internal teams.

Preferred Skills:

ย ย ย ย ย  Strong quantitative and data analysis skills, with experience leveraging system telemetry and application usage data and making data-driven roadmap decisions.

ย ย ย ย ย  Experience creating low-fidelity UX wireframes or interface mockups to effectively visualize user workflows and guide frontend adjustments.
