Job description

Title: Technical Program Manager

Location: Remote PST

Duration: 12 months+

Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support and enhance our Siemens Teamcenter and NX environment. This role combines operational support with delivery of new functionality, partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive system improvements and ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational health of the Teamcenter/PLM environment, including monitoring high-priority incidents, bug backlogs, and SLA performance.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand current processes, gather requirements, define scope, and prioritize enhancements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical documentation for developers, architects, and delivery teams.
  • Coordinate the delivery of new features and system enhancements from planning through implementation.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure successful collaboration between business users, engineering, architecture, and support teams.


Qualifications

  • Experience managing enterprise application development or enhancement projects as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Project Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master experience or certification is a plus.
  • Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings, gathering requirements, and documenting functional and technical specifications.
  • Proven ability to manage operational support alongside project delivery in a production environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience with Siemens Teamcenter or other PLM platforms
