Are you someone who notices the little details that others miss? Do you enjoy organized work, solving problems, and making sure things are done right the first time?

Quality Enclosures is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Technical Order Entry Associate to join our growing team. This is more than a typical data entry position. You'll learn how custom shower enclosures are designed and manufactured while playing an important role in ensuring every customer order is entered accurately and moves smoothly through production.

No experience with glass or shower doors? No problem. We provide comprehensive training. What matters most is your attention to detail, willingness to learn, and commitment to producing accurate work.

What You’ll Do

You will enter customer orders into our ERP system accurately and completely before they move into production. Because each order contains information used to fabricate a custom product, accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Enter customer quotes and orders accurately into our ERP system
  • Review measurements, product specifications, and customer requirements
  • Identify missing, inconsistent, or unclear information
  • Work with the CSR team to resolve questions and confirm order details
  • Contact customers by phone or email when clarification is needed
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Production
  • Learn our products, systems, and order-entry processes
  • Manage multiple orders while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Help ensure orders move smoothly from entry through production
What We’re Looking For

You do not need glass industry experience to succeed in this position. We are looking for someone with the aptitude, focus, and willingness to learn the job.

  • Comfortable working with basic math, numbers, and measurements
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to learn product specifications, order processes, and a new computer system
  • Accurate typing and general computer skills
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures consistently
  • Confidence asking questions when information is incomplete or unclear
  • Professional communication skills by phone and email
  • Ability to stay focused while managing multiple orders
  • Dependability, accountability, and pride in producing accurate work
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred but Not Required
  • Experience with order entry, data entry, ERP systems, administration, customer service, manufacturing, construction, logistics, or technical products
  • Experience reviewing measurements, specifications, or detailed customer information

Relevant experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.

Why Join Quality Enclosures?

Your work will help ensure that customer orders are fabricated correctly and move efficiently through production. You’ll be part of a growing, family-owned company that values accuracy, teamwork, and people who take pride in their work.

We offer:

  • Paid, hands-on training
  • Career growth opportunities
  • A supportive, collaborative team environment
  • 401(k)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off
