Ceco Door (an ASSA ABLOY branded company) is hiring an Order Processing Specialists to expand our team. This role will be onsite and based out of our manufacturing facility located in Milan, Tennessee.

What would you do as our Order Processing Specialist?
In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for accurately entering customer orders into our manufacturing system, interpreting product specifications, and reviewing technical drawings. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within the department and develop advanced technical skills in order processing.
You would also:
  • Process customer orders, from basic stock to complex configured products.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies and/or application conflicts
  • Provide technical support to both customers and manufacturing teams.
  • Calculate lead times and assist with pricing of standard and special products.
  • Interpret hardware templates and prepare detailed manufacturing drawings.
  • Review order forms and prepare order for processing.
  • Negotiate stock issues with customers as they arise.
  • Continually promote a safe and harmonious working environment, demonstrating strict adherence to the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct and ASSA ABLOY Health & Safety Policy

The Skills and Experience you need:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or management preferred.
  • Previous experience/exposure to working within the Door, Building Materials and/or Hollow Metal industries are highly desirable.
  • Strong basic math skills; geometry and algebra preferred.
  • Excellent computer skills preferred (Word, Excel, Internet, email, etc.
  • AutoCAD experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, follow-up and a sense of urgency are required
  • Must excel working in a fast-paced environment
