Job description

Koniag Integration Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a TO Librarian Jr. to support KINS and our government customer. This position is in office at Hill Air Force Base. This position requires the candidate to be able to maintain a SECRET Level Clearance and meet the physical requirements listed below. The hours for this position are 3:30 p.m. - Midnight Monday thru Friday. This position is not eligible to work an alternating Friday off schedule. The TO Librarian Jr. - Print Room is responsible for maintaining technical orders in accordance with AF TO 00-5-1 policy including seamless transport of Technical Order/Digital Output (TODO) documentation between the Print Room and Hangars. This role supports F-16 and F-35 maintenance by ensuring mission critical data reaches technical teams and that equipment is recovered for reuse. Essential Functions include but are not limited to: ( Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.) * Serve as the Technical Order Distribution Accounts (TODA) focal point. * Perform routine checks as required for assigned technical data IAW with AF Policies. * Load, transport, and deliver F-16/F-35 TODO carts from the print room to designated hangar locations including navigating heavy loads through tight spaces and high-traffic areas without damage to aircraft or equipment. * Retrieve and maintain used carts for new tasking cycles. * Responsible for safe handling of classified information. * Conduct training as needed for end users within the organizational unit on access to electronic Technical Orders (eTOs) * Complete routine self-inspections on assigned technical data inventory. * Complete validations of TOs - hyperlink, number, functionality and report issues. * Shred expired or limited distribution items and removal/replacement of shredding bags in shredder. * Other duties as assigned. Education and Experience: * Successful completion of the TODO /TODA Courses within 180 days of initial assignment. * High School Graduate Required Skills and Competencies: * Complete and maintain all required training outlined by the organization. * Requires a self-starter with strong administrative skills. * Strong computer skills including navigating, troubleshooting, and operating government equipment. * Strong oral and written communications skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. * Demonstrated customer service skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to work independently and interact effectively with all levels of the organization. * Must be able to push/pull TODO loads ranging from 100 - 150 lbs. * Exceptional spatial awareness and the ability to maneuver in confined environments. * Ability to maintain strict timelines to support aircraft operational readiness. * Dependable attendance. Desired Skills and Competencies: * Experience with Technical Orders paper and eTO/eTool distribution and management associated with Air Force maintenance. * Working experience with DoD in a Military, civilian, or contract position supporting DoD programs. * Working knowledge of military industry and standards for product delivery. * Must be skilled in the practice of U.S. Air Force and DoD contracting tools, documents, forms, and information systems. * Knowledge and understanding of TO policies AFPD 20-1/63-1, AFI 63-101/20-101, TO 00-5-1, TO 00-5-3, and TO 00-5-18 and all TO's and instructions in their entirety. Security Requirement: * Candidates must be a US Citizen with the ability to be approved for an active Secret Level Clearance.
