Technical Lab Manager - Cincinnati, OH, Monday to Friday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM

Hours may vary depending on business needs

Pay range: $76,650+ per year

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Provides leadership for a staff of technical department personnel. Plans, organizes, and directs the daily activities of the department through subordinate supervisors. Typically manages one Technical area.

Responsibilities
  • Provides managerial direction to the lab and oversees daily functioning of supervisory personnel.
  • Continually monitors equipment and recommends upgrades as needed.
  • Monitors and controls operating costs. Reviews and prepares budgets.
  • Ensures lab procedures meet quality standards.
  • Prepares reports for senior management of lab testing activities.
Qualifications

Required Work Experience:

  • Eight years in laboratory
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree BS MT (Required)
