Tellworks Logistics is a rapidly growing logistics company known for its entrepreneurial spirit and agility. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Order Wave Manager to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity for the right candidate to wield substantial influence in the success and growth of our organization.


Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot problems including discrepancies, system processing issues, and operational opportunities and provide corrective action to resolve.
  • Oversee daily order fulfillment activities including order processing, picking, and packing.
  • Working with internal WMS software development team to optimize warehouse and fulfillment operations.
  • Tracking Replenishment and pick face inventory levels to meet or processing requirements.
  • Record and monitor KPI’s (SLA’s) per contract; working with Management as needed to rectify and resolve issues that have contributed to underperformance.
  • Ensure that all processes related to department tasks are followed and take corrective action when not followed.
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Drive process improvement and warehouse process standardization; ensuring that training is completed as needed
  • Drive Safety Initiative; ensuring that the facility is maintained in a safe, clean and orderly condition.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to site-based team thru active recruiting, training and evaluating employees

  • Lean Six Sigma Experience and Continuous Process Improvement knowledge and experience preferred
