How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth 
  • Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness 
  • Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently 
  • Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plans 
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring regulations, maintaining accurate records and audit processes 
  • Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreach effectiveness and communicate actionable insights to business leaders
